本書以學(xué)生發(fā)展為中心,以健康第一、終身體育為指導(dǎo)思想,立足于普通高等院校全面素質(zhì)教育的要求,旨在幫助和促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心健康。本書分兩篇共十章,上篇(前4 章)介紹體育理論知識,內(nèi)容包括體育概述、體育與健康、體育鍛煉的基礎(chǔ)知識、運動損傷診斷和應(yīng)急處置;下篇(后6 章)介紹體育運動實踐,內(nèi)容包括田徑運動、球類運動、健身健美、民族傳統(tǒng)體育、游泳、戶外運動。本書針對大學(xué)生的特點,普及運動與健康的基礎(chǔ)理論、基本技術(shù)及技能,可作為高等院校體育課程的配套教材。
余家紅,教育學(xué)碩士,副教授,現(xiàn)任廈門工學(xué)院體育部主任。主要從事公共課體育教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練,多次榮獲校級"優(yōu)秀教師”等榮譽稱號。擔(dān)任校足球隊主教練,帶領(lǐng)足球隊多次在省市級比賽中獲得冠軍、亞軍、季軍等優(yōu)異成績,并多次榮獲福建省教育廳和廈門市教育局"優(yōu)秀教練員”榮譽稱號。學(xué)術(shù)研究方向為體育教育足球理論與訓(xùn)練、教學(xué)法等,先后發(fā)表多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文,其中在國際權(quán)威期刊上發(fā)表EI核心論文1篇,主持和參與省級和校級課題研究多項。
