本書由校企合作開發(fā)編寫,以實(shí)際企業(yè)崗位運(yùn)營(yíng)為導(dǎo)向,面向電子商務(wù)企業(yè)客戶服務(wù)崗位進(jìn)行工作任務(wù)分析和職業(yè)能力分析。本書依據(jù)“工作項(xiàng)目→典型工作任務(wù)→崗位技能要求→相關(guān)知識(shí)”邏輯主線,將內(nèi)容分解為各個(gè)工作任務(wù),并以具體的電商平臺(tái)、商品及業(yè)務(wù)類型作為工作任務(wù)載體,完成工作任務(wù)所需要的理論知識(shí)和實(shí)踐技能分析。本書共包含6 個(gè)項(xiàng)目,從“走進(jìn)客戶服務(wù)與管理、網(wǎng)店客服崗前準(zhǔn)備”,到“做好客戶接待和溝通、完善售后服務(wù)、管理客戶關(guān)系”,并結(jié)合行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),最后重點(diǎn)介紹“客戶服務(wù)發(fā)展”,內(nèi)容邏輯清晰、條理分明,同時(shí)具有很強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)性和可操作性。
